Although you can register an account using a mobile carrier email address, such addresses tend to have strong security settings, so our emails may be filtered to the junk box, or not be delivered. For that reason, we recommend registering an account using an email address that you can check from a PC, such as a free email service.

Step 1 - Choose a Product
Click "Add to Cart" to add the desired product to your shopping cart.

Step 2 - Check Product and Quantity to Order
Click the cart icon to view items added to your shopping cart. After checking the products and quantities to order, select the "Checkout" button.

Step 3 - Choose Payment Method
Please choose your preferred payment method.

* When you use a discount code, please input the code in the section on the right and click "Apply". Please note that you cannot use discount codes on newly released titles or with other discounts.

Step 4 - Enter Customer Information
Enter your information and then select "Pay Now."

* Please be sure to enter your email address accurately. You may not be able to receive notice of payment if your email address is incorrect.

Step 5 - Proceed to Payment
Based on the payment method you chose in Step 3, you will be redirected to a payment page. Please enter the required information and complete the payment.

A Steam account is required to access products with these codes.

Step 1 - Launch Steam
Step 2 - At the top of the Steam window, select "Games". Then, select "Activate a Product on Steam".
Step 3 - Select "Next."
Step 4 - Read the Steam Terms of Service and select "Agree."
Step 5 - On the Steam product code window, enter the Steam key that is shown on your Capcom Town Store account page, then select "Confirm."
Step 6 - Follow the instructions on screen to download and install the game.

A GOG account is required to access products with these codes.
Redeem products using the steps below.

If you wish to use the GOG galaxy client, please install the client before attempting to redeem codes. Codes can be redeemed using a web browser, and the client is not necessary.

Step 1 - Access GOG.com and log in to your GOG account. If you do not have an account, select "Create Account" to create one.
Step 2 - After logging in, click your user icon, or the menu, at the top right of the page and select "Redeem Code." You can also directly access the code redemption page here:

Step 3 - Enter the GOG product code into the code redemption form, then click "Continue."
Step 4 - If the code was entered correctly, the title of the product that will be redeemed will be displayed. Confirm the details, then select "Continue," then "Redeem" to redeem the product.
Step 5 - Once the code has been redeemed, open the "Games" page on GOG and confirm that the product was added to the list.
Step 6 - If you wish to download and install the product through GOG Galaxy, the official client of GOG, first install the client, then navigate to "Owned Games" on the client window. Next, select the product and choose to install it.

When you obtain a Steam-compatible product from Capcom Town Store, a Steam key will become available on your account page. To access the product, you will need to redeem it on Steam using this Steam key. Redeem products on Steam using the steps below. Please note that a Steam account is required to redeem a Steam key.

When you obtain a GOG-compatible product from Capcom Town Store, a GOG code will become available on your account page. To access the product, you will need to redeem it on GOG using this GOG code. Redeem products on GOG using the steps below. Please note that a GOG account is required to redeem a GOG code.

Each user may order a maximum of one key for personal use and one key as a gift.
Multiple keys will not be issued.

Please sign up for a free CAPCOM ID to create an account. A CAPCOM ID is a universal account management service that makes it easier to use games, web services, and other content from CAPCOM. Anyone can sign up for free.

Log in to Capcom Town Store and then click "Cancel Capcom Town Store Membership" on your account page.

Please note the following:
- When you cancel your Capcom Town Store membership, your Capcom Town Store account will be deleted, but your CAPCOM ID will not be deleted.
- Your Capcom Town Store membership cannot be restored after it is deleted.
- You will no longer be able to check your account records or download previously downloaded products.
- Although orders for pre-ordered products will remain in effect, you will not be able to check or cancel your orders.
- It may take some time after you cancel your Capcom Town Store membership for the cancellation to be reflected in the system. If you try to use the store or sign up again using the same CAPCOM ID during that time, the process for signing up again may not function properly.

Log in to Capcom Town Store and then choose "Close CAPCOM ID Account" on your account page.

Please note the following:
- When you close your CAPCOM ID account, your Capcom Town Store membership will also be closed and cannot be restored.
- You will no longer be able to check your account records or download previously downloaded products.
- Although orders for pre-ordered products will remain in effect, you will not be able to check or cancel your orders.

In order to use a discount code, enter the discount code on the payment page during checkout of an order. The discount will be applied automatically if the usage conditions of the code are satisfied.

The Store issues the following two types of discount codes.

Common Discount Codes (for all users): Distributed publicly or through special promotional campaigns.
Unique Discount Codes (individual codes): One-time codes issued to individual users as special benefits through promotional campaigns for responding to surveys or for other reasons.

Note: Usage conditions for discount code may differ.

Note that discount codes may not be used for discounted products (e.g., products on sale or subject to bundle discounts) or those on special price.

Some discount codes have expiration dates. Check their details by selecting Discount Codes in the menu.

- Discount codes may only be used in the Capcom Town Store.
- You may only use one discount code type per order. Multiple types of discount codes may not be used together.
- Discount codes with specific distribution conditions may not be used for ineligible products.
- Discounts may be recalculated if you change products after applying a discount code.
- You cannot apply or change a discount code after finalizing the order.
- Specific terms of service (e.g., minimum order amount, eligible products, eligible regions) may apply to individual discount codes.
- Discounts may vary slightly depending on the currency shown. Check the actual discount amount on the payment page.
- Unique discount codes may not be obtained improperly, transferred, resold, or duplicated. If improper use has been detected, measures may be taken such as cancellation of the order.
- In most cases, unique discount codes are not eligible for reissue.

Step 1 - Add eligible product to your shopping cart.
Step 2 - Proceed to the checkout page.
Step 3 - Enter the discount code in the discount field.
Step 4 - Check to make sure the discount has been applied.
Step 5 - Finalize the order.

You can search for products in the store by entering keywords into the search bar at the top of the website or in the menu. Search by product title, series title, game genre, or other keywords.

After ordering a product, you can check the content of the order in the order confirmation email or in the order history section of your account page.

Order Confirmation Email:
An order confirmation email will be sent automatically to the email address you entered when ordering. This email includes information such as the product name and price.

Account Page:
Step 1 - Log in to Capcom Town Store.
Step 2 - Access your account page.
Step 3 - Open "Order History."
Step 4 - Click the order number to view its details, such as the products, prices, and more.

The email might not be received because of your email client configuration. Check your junk folder and junk mail settings.
